Common Questions for New Clients
How do I schedule my first appointment?
You can easily book online through our portal or give us a call at 215-945-7900. We'll guide you through the process and find a time that works for you and your pet.
What records should I bring?
Please bring any previous medical history, vaccination records, and a list of current medications your pet is taking. If you have a rescue pet, any shelter paperwork is also very helpful. If you can email your pet's records to villagevetpa@gmail.com before your visit, it is extremely helpful.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We also work with pet insurance providers and offer payment plan options through CareCredit to ensure your pet gets the care they need.
Do you handle emergencies for new clients?
While we prioritize existing patients for urgent care, we do our best to accommodate new client emergencies during office hours. If we can't accommodate you at that time or for after-hours emergencies, we refer to several high-quality local urgent care facilities and emergency hospitals.
